Return and Refund Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund credit or exchange (minus shipping/delivery charges). Simply send the item to us via UPS or insured parcel post. All cigars must be returned in order to receive a full merchandise credit, less shipping/delivery charges. Returns must be in new, unopened condition to receive full credit. This includes having cigars in their cellophane wrappers. Please keep the original packaging and any accessories to return with the item and do not return any cut or smoked cigars, as this may affect your refund.

Shipping Policy

In-Stock orders received by 3:00 PM MST will ship same day. Please consult the ‘Estimated Delivery’ date in the cart for the most accurate information based on the shipping method you select. Standard shipping will be delivered via USPS. Delivery addresses must be able to receive packages from carrier. Items will ship via ground/freight services and may incur additional delivery times. Delivery may not be available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and US Territories for certain items. Driver will deliver to the shipping address but is not required to assist in moving the oversized item into the building, or with setup/unpacking.

The Smoking Cave only ships within the United States of America. We do not ship to the following states:
